In case of any challenges, our support team is just a message away. Please remember that cancellations are only possible within the specified time frame. Once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. 

Refund Process for Canceled Orders 

Once your cancellation request is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. You can expect the refund to be credited within a few business days. If you have any questions about your refund, our customer service team is here to help. 

Items Excluded from Cancellation 

Some items are ineligible for cancellation:
